ABC7 leads the market in local news coverage with daily newscast at 5:00, 5:30, 6:00 and 11:30am; 4:00, 5:00, 6:00 and 10:00pm and has been in a number one position in local news since March 1986. In addition, ABC7 airs three hours of news on Sunday mornings.
